This conversation is now going on on so many threads that I'm confused
However, let me just say this:
I do not think you are horrible for sharing your experience. I just want to be sure that all sides are represented.
It takes years to build up a good reputation and only moments to tear one down.
As a repeated, and yes, satisfied customer, I have to speak for her.
Also...I have a friend who owns a huge, extremely, high-end internet retail business. She gets customers all the time wanting to return this or that for whatever reason. But, she requires that they adhere to the return policy.
From time to time people try to report her, whatever. BUT, her policy is clearly stated on her website.
If Rena's policy is return for like item, and it's posted, then I do think it's unfair to claim she doesn't stand behind her products when you weren't willing to stick to the return policy.
Businesses can't just change the rules because someone complains.
