Here is what I think--only what I think should happen: ?? I don't know either party.

But how much was these diapers? That was suppose to fall apart? I'll paypal you the total plus postage. Just drop it!! We understand BUYERS opion. Maybe, someone that sewed that day was having a yuck day? The owner did not know this was taking place? Human error.

All parties need to BREATH--When one person attacks another only neg. happens. DEFENSE MODE

. I'm sure if this company has been around for sooo long-- She'll mail you another set diapers made and inspected, approved by herself -Sent confirmed delievery. Then you should applogize for attacking ones livly hood. It all in the approach. If policy is posted--the thats policy. Do you really think this company would risk their reputation of one sale.
This is a misundering that has BLOWN up.

Buyer---"Let the company send you another set--and prove themselves, But understand the policy and why this happen. People and companies do make mistakes. Once you get the items replaced--make sure you post the good.

COMPANY--"Do the right thing--step up and make it know on here...Take a photo of the new products and send it to the buyer at no cost. This will make your company look even more awesome. Just think of the message you'll be sending to all future buyers. It'll be worth it.

Come on--make up !! Life is so short... and the world has much bigger problems. Think of the people at V Tech that lost love ones.

I'm not looking for hand outs just for her to make good on her products. I'm going to send them back to her as soon as I get them wrapped up...Thank you for your kind and more then generous offer, but I wouldnt feel right taking you money or anyone elses please.

I don't know either parties---but I believe in the good of people. Yes, their is some good still in this world. We should be helping each other not bad mouthing or causing issues. One act of kindness can lead to so much reward in ones life.

Try it sometime.... be kind for 2 whole days go out of your way to perform kind acts. You will get all the rewards.

Ok here are pictures of how badly the fell apart so people can see what im talking about. I will be sending them back tomorrow and will see if in fact she is willing to provide me with a refund as promised. I'm sorry if some people didn't believe my honesty, however my whole point was after 3 times with these falling apart I was done with replacements and only felt a good seller would provide a refund for customer satisfaction.

Hi, I'm not one to take sides and I really do like Rena. I have never had a problem with her. I do feel bad for what happened to you though. I just posted a good review of Rena because she has always been so good with me and making my babies clothes. I won't speak for any others but I promise you that I never ever thought you were a liar.
