| Grr @ PetSmart Grooming! I am so FURIOUS right now! I dropped Belle off at PetSmart at 7:00 in the morning, before my class started. Her scheduled appointment was at 8:00, and I made it CLEAR to them that I'll be back by 10 to pick her up. I got there around 10.30, they give me the slip of paper to pay up front, and when I come back to give them my receipt, they say "Oh, she's not ready yet. She'll be ready in 1.5 hours." !!!!!!! They said her groomer didn't even come in yet! Do they only have one groomer per breed or something? I didn't even request a specific groomer. I called them around 2 and asked if she was ready..."No, they're giving her a bath soon." It's almost 4 now, and they STILL didn't call! She's almost been there for EIGHT hours, and she was the FIRST one there! Has anyone ever had this experience with PetSmart before? They're usually good about getting her ready within 3 hours, but 8 hours is just ridiculous! |

| Thats ridiculous! I ounce saw a groomer at petsmart who was brushing a collie so furiously the dog yelped. When it did that she went and put a muzzle on her! |

| Oh my gosh your poor baby! I would pick her up, get your money back (if you paid) and never go back there again! The manager also needs to know!! That's terrible!!

| We just got back from picking her up...She was there for a total of 8.5 hours. DEAR GOODNESS I AM SO PISSED!!! Thankfully, she did eat before I dropped her off, and they did give her some water. I am NEVER going back there. This gives me even more reason to learn how to groom myself. |

| It IS crappy! I was the first one through the door when they unlocked the doors. I told the lady working that I'd be back around 10 to pick her up during my break between classes. She even confirmed that she would be done by then, and when I get there, I get the "The groomer didn't arrive yet" excuse. I still don't get how their scheduling works...I didn't even request a particular groomer! |

| I've never heard anything good about Petsmart or Petco when it comes to grooming, so I have a friend do mine.

| Obviously not What pissed me off even more is that when we got there, there was FIVE groomers!!! AND, they were just conversing with each other while they worked! I talked with the manager, and though I was fuming, I started getting emotional. He kept apologizing and said that he would talk with the grooming department ASAP. I still don't find that comforting... |
