I am so FURIOUS right now! I dropped Belle off at PetSmart at 7:00 in the morning, before my class started. Her scheduled appointment was at 8:00, and I made it CLEAR to them that I'll be back by 10 to pick her up. I got there around 10.30, they give me the slip of paper to pay up front, and when I come back to give them my receipt, they say "Oh, she's not ready yet. She'll be ready in 1.5 hours." !!!!!!! They said her groomer didn't even come in yet! Do they only have one groomer per breed or something? I didn't even request a specific groomer. I called them around 2 and asked if she was ready..."No, they're giving her a bath soon." It's almost 4 now, and they STILL didn't call! She's almost been there for EIGHT hours, and she was the FIRST one there! Has anyone ever had this experience with PetSmart before? They're usually good about getting her ready within 3 hours, but 8 hours is just ridiculous!
