I am so FURIOUS right now! I dropped Belle off at PetSmart at 7:00 in the morning, before my class started. She's almost been there for EIGHT hours, and she was the FIRST one there! Has anyone ever had this experience with PetSmart before? They're usually good about getting her ready within 3 hours, but 8 hours is just ridiculous!

That's pretty crappy considering she was the first one there and you had arranged to pick her up at 10:00
