We just got back from picking her up...She was there for a total of 8.5 hours. DEAR GOODNESS I AM SO PISSED!!! Thankfully, she did eat before I dropped her off, and they did give her some water. I am NEVER going back there. This gives me even more reason to learn how to groom myself.
