What pissed me off even more is that when we got there, there was FIVE groomers!!! AND, they were just conversing with each other while they worked! I talked with the manager, and though I was fuming, I started getting emotional. He kept apologizing and said that he would talk with the grooming department ASAP. I still don't find that comforting...
