It IS crappy! I was the first one through the door when they unlocked the doors. I told the lady working that I'd be back around 10 to pick her up during my break between classes. She even confirmed that she would be done by then, and when I get there, I get the "The groomer didn't arrive yet" excuse. I still don't get how their scheduling works...I didn't even request a particular groomer!
