I have found several snacks items low in fat, sugar and cholestrol. Try Quaker Apple cookies. Only 120 calories, low in the above also. Jello, sugar/fat free choc pudding. Delicious. Put a dab of cool whip/lite on top. Sugar free cookies. No fat, low cholestrol no sugar. Dole lite fruit. Comes in snack cans. Just enough for a stomach growl. I don't drink the syrup. Hope that helps some.

| I hope everyone is ok with me not posting my weight or anything not that I care but I just dont weigh..... Its discouraging to me if I dont lose something besides I like to see the difference in my clothes! Today I had 15 fat and 1341 calories. I walked two blocks not to mention the extra walk at work to my car. One day at a time

| Forgot to come post on this thread until I just saw it now....when the thread started I was about 155 this morning I weighed myself and I am 150.5 so the scale is moving, and in the right direction! Woohoo! I have been really enjoying Progresso'sLight line of soups for the whole can it is about 120 calories!! It states that it is 0 points per serving for those following the weight watchers plan, and they are really good. Here is the link to the soup for anyone interested...http://www.bettycrocker.com/Products...esso-light.htm I really have been trying to eat healthy snacks like fruit and low fat string cheese and I have been drinking water like crazy! On another note: some of you have mentioned sweet tea?! What is this and how do you make it? It is not good for you? Good Job Everyone!!!! |

You don't have to post your weight but make it a point to point your loses so we can cheer you on. Welcome, hop on the band wagon. We're here for support. Having someone to encourage you is a must. Good for you in the walking. I'm a walker also. Walk two miles on my lunch hour now that the weather is breathable. 15 grms fat is very good. You should try to stay around 1200 calories if you can. Keep up the good work and watch the lbs come off. We weigh in on Mon mornings. Catch you then. Good luck.

You don't know what sweet tea is? You need to come to the South, sister I grew up in Minnesota too, and NO ONE drinks it there, but down here....EVERYONE! It's just tea that's sweet..honestly. I don't know how to make it (nor do I personally care..I dislike it!) but I'm sure someone else can tell you.And no, it's DEFINITELY not good for you! Just like POP (not soda)...or worse

| Ok, so I see this thread almost every day, and I keep ignoring it, but not any more!! I started weight watchers today, and I HAVE to stick with it. I'm 22 years old and I'm at my absolute heaviest, and I don't want it to get worse. I've always been on the heavier side, but never to the point of it being unhealthy. But over the last few years it has gotten to be an unhealthy heavy. I'm 5'5 and in high school I weighed 145 and wore a size 10. Not skinny by any means, and some might tell me I was fat, but I could run a mile in 7 min and I exercised at least 3 hrs a day and always 5 days a week. I played softball up until I was 18, and I have blown up since then. Ok, so here goes, I'm going to tell you all how much I weigh so I can hold my self accountable every where I can! I'm 220.6 llbs. Ouch! Like my on/off boyfriend always tells me... "You're way too young and beautiful to be this unhealthy." He has a very nice way of telling me I'm fat! lol So I'm going to do this finally, and get back to healthy!! |

Welcome, welcome. Way to go. Hang in there and you'll drop before you know it. Come here for support. See you on Mon for a weigh in. Your on/off boyfriend is very wise. He told you your beautiful, keep that in mind always. Before you know it you'll be back to your old self.

| Yeah! My scale finally dropped below 140. I have been on ww since last Dec. Sometimes I think it is amazing how much you can eat and still stay within your points. ww breads are good and I love the jello sugar free fat free puddings and popcorn. The 100 calories snack bags give you an idea of how many calories you were eating when you ate the whole bag or box of your favorite snack.
