I really have been trying to eat healthy snacks like fruit and low fat string cheese and I have been drinking water like crazy! On another note: some of you have mentioned sweet tea?! What is this and how do you make it? It is not good for you?

I grew up in Minnesota too, and NO ONE drinks it there, but down here....EVERYONE! It's just tea that's sweet..honestly. I don't know how to make it (nor do I personally care..I dislike it!) but I'm sure someone else can tell you.
And no, it's DEFINITELY not good for you! Just like POP (not soda)...or worse
