I have found several snacks items low in fat, sugar and cholestrol.
Try Quaker Apple cookies. Only 120 calories, low in the above also.
Jello, sugar/fat free choc pudding. Delicious. Put a dab of cool whip/lite on
top.
Sugar free cookies. No fat, low cholestrol no sugar.
Dole lite fruit. Comes in snack cans. Just enough for a stomach growl.
I don't drink the syrup.
