Back to work today and I guess I am one day advanced on all of you.
I got on the scale this am and, Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, I made up for
not loosing last week. Down 3lbs. From 146.6 to 143.6. I'm getting there
too. Hang in there an keep up the good work.  There are lot's of beautiful
clothes and colors out this fall/winter.
