You don't have to post your weight but make it a point to point your
loses so we can cheer you on. Welcome, hop on the band wagon.
We're here for support. Having someone to encourage you is a must.
Good for you in the walking. I'm a walker also. Walk two miles on my
lunch hour now that the weather is breathable.
15 grms fat is very good. You should try to stay around 1200 calories
if you can. Keep up the good work and watch the lbs come off.
