Forgot to come post on this thread until I just saw it now....when the thread started I was about 155 this morning I weighed myself and I am 150.5 so the scale is moving, and in the right direction! Woohoo! I have been really enjoying Progresso's
Light line of soups for the whole can it is about 120 calories!! It states that it is 0 points per serving for those following the weight watchers plan, and they are really good. Here is the link to the soup for anyone interested...

I really have been trying to eat healthy snacks like fruit and low fat string cheese and I have been drinking water like crazy!
On another note: some of you have mentioned sweet tea?! What is this and how do you make it? It is not good for you?
