I am not planning on doing it just yet (CA citrus prices have this college kid strapped!! haha) but I may look into in the future. I really can't wait to hear everyone once you guys start on the 29th! Goodluck everyone!! Thanks for your time writing your opinion, Kathryn~

| ![]() OK don't shoot me for not following it correctly. But, I have been encouraged by this thread and the fact that I have a business trip on a cruise in late February, to start doing something. I started the lemonade diet last on the 16th, however, my fulltime job requires me to meet and eat with vendors, so I have not been able to be faithful to the diet. On the days that I do not have an appointment, I stick to it. On the days that I have a business meeting, I have changed what I eat, to a healthier meal, like soup or salads. So far I have lost 10 lbs. I can say this about the diet; -The drink tastes very good! I like lemonade, so that was easy. -On cold days I mix it with hot water on Warm days I mix it with ice. I think for me this is a life changing thing. I want to be thinner and I want to be healthier. So, thanks for the thread! (Sorry this is so long) |

| ![]() Ok first morning on the way ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Okay so here's my question - I drank the tea last night and the salt water this morning, should I drink the tea at night and do the flush every morning or eventually be doing the tea in the pm and the am?? I am really excited about this and being healthier and plan to do this a few times a year, right now my goal is ten days so we'll see where I am at that point. |

| ![]() I don't have the time to 'wait' for the SWF to exit ![]() I did the SWF on Sunday and I will do it again this coming Sunday. I am drinking the tea in the PM and AM. My brother-in-law did the SWF every other day (he did this cleanse for 21 days - 2 days of OJ). I don't think that even did any lax tea either ![]() |

| ![]() In a perfect world... you WOULD do the SWF EVERY morning! I try to do it every morning! I think I missed only two mornings last time... You can fall back on the tea, but your results as far as cleansing are supposed to be better with the flush.. thats why I try my darnedest to stick to it!

![]() The MD that I saw was also a homeopath (sp?) He was all about natural healing as an alternitive to traditional medicine. You'd be amazed at how many MD's are open minded and not as ridged as they once were. However the vast majority are pretty grrrrrr! ![]() I hear the same things about eating raw. How I'll die of malnutrition. People are afraid of new things and untill they are widely accepted, they will be widely judged.

| ![]() Okay, as I said I would do.............. I jumped on the wagon this morning. I had my SM last night and just could not do the SWF so I decided on another tea. I have had one drink and SO FAR SO GOOD. Nothing yet, but it is still early. Anyway, I am sooooooo excited about this. I will try the SWF on Saturday. This is a great way to keep me motivated. I know it will be worth it in the end ![]() Courtney |

What you need: 1 small jar of Caynne Pepper Spring water or filtered water Grade B Maple Syrup Lemons You must drink a min. of 6 "brews" 1 Brew = 10 oz. of water A dash of Caynne Pepper 2 Tablespoon of Fresh Lemon Juice = 1/2 lemon (maybe more if the lemon is small) 2 Tablespoons of Mape Syrup Grade B This is what would be the most expensive part. But I found a hugh 64oz. jug of Grade B - Maple Grove Farms at Restuarant Depot for $18 Smooth Move Tea for PM and AM (if you don't do the SWF) SWF = 2 teaspons of uniodize sea salt and 1 quart of luke warm water I hope this helps, PM if you the manual ![]()

I am using Redmond Real Salt Gourmet all natural Sea salt, it's finely ground and I use two table spoons in a quart of warm water, it is a bit oceany but not too bad. And someone said drink it while it's warm, a VERY good point because it is worse cold!! ![]() I got it at the health food store here, I am sure most health food stores will carry it. I just didn't concentrate on it and drank it, the more you think about it the more you psyche yourself out of doing it ![]()
