| ![]() Tip: Before your first SWF Take Lax Tea the night before and Make sure you eliminate the next morning. If you wake to strong cramps, you need to cut the brewing time of your tea, it was too strong! If you are to "blocked up" the SWF will have a VERY hard time washing through you. But after the lax tea, you should be able to do the SWF much easier. Be sure to drink the sea water FAST. As fast as you can. Be sure its warm. Not hot... just warm. After about 30 mins after you drink it you should have a very strong urge to eliminate! ![]()

| ![]() ![]() I honestly can't wait for this to be over...Saturday and Sunday were really rough - I barely had energy to make it thru the day. I drank 6 mixtures each day. I drank a lax tea Sat. night and did the SWF Sunday morning. That was disgusting!!!! I did go 'potty' like 5x right after that, so that was good. But I don't think I can handle the SWF. I may do the SWF one more time next weekend, we'll see. But I just went to the Vitamin Shoppe and bought the Smooth Move tea. So I will drink that in the PM and AM, along with my 6 mixtures of the 'brew'. Today I don't feel as sluggish, but the cravings for 'salty' things just won't go away! I think b/c the 'brew' is sooooooooooo sweet, I instantly want something salty after. I am battling sinus headaches too. I have had to take sinus meds at night because the headache is so bad. I guess if it weren't for the INTENSE cravings, it really isn't so bad ![]() I still can't wait to eat again. All I think about is Sushi and oh how Tuna on a Saltine Cracker would be sooooooooooooooooo nice right now! ![]() |

| ![]() The first week will be mostly water weight. I haven't started this yet because my book hasn't arrived. I know cleansing is supposed to be so healthy because it gets rid of all the toxins that build up, but I'm having second doubts about some of the things your supposed to drink. I'll decide when the book comes. |

| ![]() Nicole, The first three days are the worst for most people... if you make it through those... you are on your way!!!!! Day seven is a toughie too... it tends to be a big detox day... the general all over crappy feeling sets in but is gone with the following mornings elimination! You will be back on top of the world... everyone is different... it could be day 6 or 8 for you... or you could bypass it totally! How great would that be? I did once! But don't let it get you down if it gets you! its only one day! It will pass.... it all does... and detox symptoms are a good thing! It means your body is expelling the bad! And thats good! I'm so proud of you!!! You are so doing it!!! And feeling good! Its so empowering isn't it! I can't wait to read your next post!!!!!
