| ![]() I just went to Wild Oats and found everything. I couldn't believe it because it's a really small store. I bought everything but the lemons. The limes are so much cheaper than the lemons I'm thinking about doing half and half. You can do that right? I am so excited! Now off to order the book.

| ![]() Ok here's how you make the lemonade drink: 10 oz Water (I thought it was 8 oz but in the book it said 10 oz) 2 TBSP Grade B Maple Syrup 2 TBSP FRESH Lemon (or Lime) Juice (This is approximately 1/2 lemon/lime) 1 10th of a TSP Cayenne Pepper (Just a small pinch!) This mixture is equivalent to ONE drink. You are supposed to drink about 10-12 of these EVERY SINGLE DAY. ![]() You also have to do either: (1) Salt Water Flush (SWF) every morning + Smooth Move Tea every night OR (for those of us, like me, who work and can't do the SWF every morning because we can't be in the crapper too long ![]() (2) Smooth Move Tea every morning + Smooth Move Tea every night I am going to do the SWF every Saturday and Sunday morning. But Monday - Friday I am going to do Smooth Move mornin gand night.

| ![]() I bought the book new on Amazon for $2.10 with $3.49 shipping.........a total of only $5.59. Thought that was such a good deal since most places want over 8 dollars plus shipping. |

| ![]() OK, I just got the Celetic Sea Salt that I was waiting for. I am going to Trader Joes tomorrow to get Grade B Maple. Me and Troy (DH) are starting this Saturday. I wish we could wait and go along with everyone here, but that's just too late for us. We are going back to Italy in the beginning of February, so we must start sooner! ![]() I will keep everyone updated! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| ![]() Just have to say this...How did those of you that have done this before handle the SWF? I tried it yesterday because I was planning to start the whole thing today and I was sick to my stomach for 2 hours and then ran to the bathroom constant for the next hour.....So much so it wasn't really worth leaving the bathroom ![]()

| ![]() How long are you going to do this for? I might have to wait for summer. I can't leave the kids in my classroom that often - unlike the kids, I have predetermined bathroom times before school, recess, lunch, and after school. I don't think I'd be able to drink that much liquid through the day and be able to manage my bathroom times.
