Okay, as I said I would do.............. I jumped on the wagon this morning. I had my SM last night and just could not do the SWF so I decided on another tea. I have had one drink and SO FAR SO GOOD. Nothing yet, but it is still early. Anyway, I am sooooooo excited about this. I will try the SWF on Saturday. This is a great way to keep me motivated. I know it will be worth it in the end
