I am using Redmond Real Salt Gourmet all natural Sea salt, it's finely ground and I use two table spoons in a quart of warm water, it is a bit oceany but not too bad. And someone said drink it while it's warm, a VERY good point because it is worse cold!!
I got it at the health food store here, I am sure most health food stores will carry it.
I just didn't concentrate on it and drank it, the more you think about it the more you psyche yourself out of doing it
