Can't wait for that..haha

I usually let my coffee do that in the am. Does coffee do that for anyone? On a normal "non-diet" morning?!

My grandfather would always have his coffee and cigeratte (sp) in the morning to get "things" moving! I had a friend that was in college that would do the same thing - she told me she had an old mans body! Ha!

Okay, I got all of my stuff today! Yay!

My local natural food store had everything and they are soooo helpful! One lady has done this several times and has enjoyed it each time.

Another has done it once, but satyed on it for 7 days...she said she gained all of her weight back because she just didn't have any support to help her stick w/ it and have healthy eating habits. ((poor thing))

Anyway, I got to buy the syrup in bulk, which made it cheaper. yay! I think I spent around $30 on everything.

I got the Celtic Sea Salt - light grey too!

I probably won't get to start mine now until Tuesday night (the tea), because I forgot we were helping my neighbor take her 7month old twins to the doctor, etc .....so, I think it is best for me to wait - that might not be a good thing!!!!

Oh....

I guess in anticipation of my cleanse I slammed on a few pounds... that or its my period comming!

I weighed in this morning at 169

up 4 lbs! I was so pissed! But whatever!

So there is my starting point! And I am full of M&M's... my big weaknesses... Raw Food, Sushi and M&M's

So here is Day 1 of 29!

I couldn't get thru the entire day today. What a horrible thing to have to drink 8 to 12 times a day. I had 3 glasses then just three drinks into the fourth, I threw up. My stomach was in a knot and I was sick as I have ever been. I called my Dr. who said she wished I had called her or come see her before starting anything so drastic. She said that kind of thing can actually kill you. She told me to eat some oatmeal or soup and toast or crackers. I did at 5 oclock, it's 7:10 now, and my stomach is still messed up.
Be careful you guys. Before any of you start this cleansing, you should consult your Dr.

I don't think I left anything out...

Peppermint tea for hunger cravings....i think, am I right? At least I know I'll get hungry so I need to buy that. I ordered everything, I'm just waiting for it to arrrive, then I wil start!

Yea it does that for me, that's why I can't drink coffee in the AM.

Whoa! I hope you are feeling better now! Like anything (I guess), you should always talk w/ your doctor first, huh?!

I decided to try mine tonight! (Well, the tea and then the SWF in the morning). My DH isn't too thrilled that I am trying it and I have to admit, I am alittle nervous, but I am really wanting to drop a few pounds and feel better - then go back to my eating healthy!

If your just looking to lose weight, and lose the healthy way (and fast) just eat fresh fruits raw and steamed, and fresh veggies. No sugar, and maybe one baked potato per week. I had my nephew here to put him on a diet so he could join the AF. With eating like this along with running and weights, he lost 80 pounds in 3 months.

Going veggie is an awesome slow cleanse! which is what I did after my Master cleanser, and why I went on to loose 102 total. I went completely raw, a bit drastic in most peoples view, but totally safe and very perfect for my body!

I'm finishing up day two and not a single side effect, but this is not my first cleanse... hubby is having an AWFUL time since he is giving up the diet coke... the headach's are overwhelming for him! But its all part of the detoxing... its like an addict coming off of heroin! He felt like this eating food while trying to give up the soda...

it sucks being dependant on chemicals!

Day three is coming up! I can't wait! I bet hubby will be feeling better! I just made him some mint tea to calm him a bit.
