Keep it up girls! I think just making smart food choices can impact us a lot, sometimes even more so than working out. I'm really into fermented foods right now. Supposedly has a lot of health benefits. Kombucha, sauerkraut, Kim chi, etc. Good for the gut and the waistline. Also making them myself saves money and it's fun.
