Im sorry you are going through this. If you go to court they will go by what the wriiten agreement was. and thats three weeks for either of you to decide. I wouldnt of went with an agreement like that in the first place. But If she wants her dog back and its before the three weeks and she has to come up with your depoit befor 3 more weeks as written. well she did break her own contract because it states if she wants lola back she has to return the full deposit upon termination & I have a email from her (i printed) stating as of 11.6.07 she wants lola back. So upon that date she should have returned the deposit. She was giving herself 3 weeks should i change my mind, but if she changed her mind she should have returned it on the date of terminating the contract (saying she no longer wishes to sell lola) She didnt give herself 3 weeks & that is her contract.

I wouldnt give her back till you have cash in your hands and I would also charge her boarding fees. Maybe she just needed a sitter for a few weeks and some spending money. Sorry this is happening to you .

I never thought of that!!! That would be horrible if that is what she was doing!!! I can't believe some people!!!!

I hope you get to keep this little Lola...Does the lady live close by you? (did you have to travel to pick Lola up?) Did she call much to see how she was doing? Sorry so many questions.

She lives several hours from me, we met in kentucky. She would just send a silly message here & there One said "i miss her" one said "how is she?" I just worry because she thinks its ok to breed her & its not.

Also want to say, I absolutely think people that play on anothers emotions when they know a person loves a dog or really wants a certain dog, how the price can change, or a buyer feels like there begging some people to get papers that should come. Like wanting more money for papers once you have bought a dog that is to have papers.

Some people should not have rights to decisions like this, if they are not smart enough, mature enough or when their 99 cents short of a dollar and just do not have any cents...

Hi Rachel

OK yes I was being sneaky but if she's not up to no good why wouldnt she just answer "no she is not forsale", why would she even think i was trying to set her up if she isnt up to no good??
