I dont think the court will make her pay for the vet visit, you took her on your own and it was not in the agreement, If she didnt give you a heath Contract there will be nothing you can do about it. as for paying her the remaining 500. if you keep her you will have to pay her what is owed to her. No getting out of that. Or she will turn around and take you to court. If you lose you will have to also pay all court cost. If you owe her 500 then you should pay her the 500/ Theres really nothing you can do to keep her if the paper states she can take her back with in the three weeks. That really sucks and Im sorry. I hope she does not come up with your depoit with in the three weeks, That way she would have broken her own contract and The dog would be yours. Good Luck . |
well she did break her own contract because it states if she wants lola back she has to return the full deposit upon termination & I have a email from her (i printed) stating as of 11.6.07 she wants lola back. So upon that date she should have returned the deposit. She was giving herself 3 weeks should i change my mind, but if she changed her mind she should have returned it on the date of terminating the contract (saying she no longer wishes to sell lola) She didnt give herself 3 weeks & that is her contract.
