I dont think selling him would do you or the dog good. You have to train him more, let him know that you are in control. Have you tried wee wee pads for his toilet needs? Perhaps you can use them under the bed for a while and then move it out into a corner of the room. you sound like a nice person who can tolerate these little things, the person you sell your pup to might react different and be nasty to the little guy. Good luck | |

| ![]() It sounds like there is a combination of puppyness (is that a word? LOL), bordom and the need for some crate training. I think the doggy day care is probably one of the best things you could do for him right now along with going back to the begining basics of potty training. He will not stop peeing on the bed and pooping under the bed on his own. If let go as is he will never know it's not the way to do things. Good luck with your baby, I'm glad he's got a mommy with a good temperment! You'll be fine! ![]() Kim

I don't think you need medication. A puppy is like a child, they have tons of energy and need the proper ammounts of time to express it (and yes, tire them out). I think you should probably walk him 3 times a day (not 1). He needs to get used to be taken outside to potty or you can set up pee pads throughout your room (eventhough, my dog used to tear them up when he was a pup... it was gross!). Also, you should try taking him to the dog park once a week since you're too busy during the week to play with him and tire him out. Pups need to be able to run around and play. i think the biting your ankles and hands is because he's trying to get your attention. Also, if you take him to the petsmart puppy training classes, that might help.

| ![]() You may want to try buying some washable puppy pads so they don't tear them up. Xena has access to the bedroom and tiled hallway while we're at work and the bedroom floor is covered in the washable pads. Luckily when we got her she was used to going on paper and never went on the pads, she just slept on them, but we keep them on the floor just in case. She is litter box trained (we just line the litter box with paper) and she didn't get full reign of the tile until we could trust her with the litter box which took a couple months. We also blocked her from going under the bed, we put suitcases and boxes in the way so she couldn't get under there and our bed is too high for her to jump onto so she's only allowed on the bed when I'm there and let her up there. Maybe try elevating your bed so it's to high for him to jump onto? Just a couple suggestions. ![]()

| ![]() Wow... Sounds like u have ur hands very full. I couldnt help but notice u have a lot of responsibilities i.e. work, school, etc... and it seems as though ur probably not home much. I mean, I work one job and feel guilty, as though I dont spend enough time with my family/dog. Seems as though ur pup is acting out bcuz he's not getting the attention he needs... Hope u get the answers ur looking for - best of luck.... ![]()

| ![]() Bella used to be a yorkshire TERROR too when she was a lil bit younger. She is 10 months old now and has calmed down a LOT! At first she did all the things your lil one is doing too! She would poo under the bed, pee anywhere, chew absolutely anything....furniture, wood, shoes, socks, bras etc....haha I have found that loooong walks and lots of playtime help her sleep through the night and burn energy. Most yorkies are destructive when they are bored. Also it is just puppy behavior. Potty training has to be consistent. Bella has an accident here and there. I usually try to take her her every 2-3 hours. Since you live at home maybe your mom could do it for you while you are at work/school. Good luck im sure your puppy issues will improve soon! Like i said bella is 10 mos. and calmed down a lot!
