It sounds like there is a combination of puppyness (is that a word? LOL), bordom and the need for some crate training. I think the doggy day care is probably one of the best things you could do for him right now along with going back to the begining basics of potty training. He will not stop peeing on the bed and pooping under the bed on his own. If let go as is he will never know it's not the way to do things.

Good luck with your baby, I'm glad he's got a mommy with a good temperment! You'll be fine!
