The problems might not go away with age and probably wount. I had the same problem with the last Yorkie. He was super hyper as well/.
I dont think selling him would do you or the dog good.
You have to train him more, let him know that you are in control.
Have you tried wee wee pads for his toilet needs? Perhaps you can use them under the bed for a while and then move it out into a corner of the room.
you sound like a nice person who can tolerate these little things, the person you sell your pup to might react different and be nasty to the little guy.
