Senior Yorkie Talker | It amazes me how people can be so cruel, I really feel for you. I'm also so angry with the police, mental health is not something just to brand around, I would have said if you think I'm mentally unwell get me a mental health act assessment done, that would show what your feeling is "normal" reaction to the situation your in. If your going to the vet with your baby discuss what has happened with them, they might have advice? or phone the RSPCA for advice, maybe they have connections with the police, even if the person claims the dog were neglected she still is not allowed by law to steal. I can only imagine how your feeling, and how hard it is but please with the help of others don't give up, she can't get away with this, I'm sure if you contacted the RSPCA they would be supportive and sympathetic to your situation, and could give you advice. Don't feel guilty about thinking of another pup, your trying your best to think of anything that will help you and Bobbin. All the best wishes and thoughts to you

| I have no idea about the law in the UK, but it seems that you have had your rights violated. I would take any pictures you have of your dogs, shot records, everything you have about your dogs to the police in person with people that are witnesses to the attacks, along with texts sent to you and stay there until they did something! Being this uncaring in a volatile situation is beyond the police being wrong. It's neglecting to protect you- a citizen of the UK- that they are (hopefully) supposed to be protecting!

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I live in UK and am absolutely disgusted that a police representative could make an informed decision over the phone about a crime report. Unless you have had a full psychiatric report by a psychiatrist there should be no issue, you have reported several crimes, theft, property damage and serious threats. No matter how busy they are or who reported what first the police have an obligation to visit with you and make a proper investigation. From what you have posted I would think you live in a pretty difficult area (I am from a particularly difficult and violent part of Belfast) so I think I can empathise with the sort of people you are dealing with here. Please seek out some community organisations where you live, there are usually lots of different people who can help you to cope and move forward to protect yourself from the bullying and harassment you are experiencing. Personally I wish I could be where you are and give your neighbours a very sweet taste of their own medicine, I am neither nasty or violent, but I can give serious bullies a run for their money, legally, peacefully and right in their faces. I hate that you have given up hope of getting your pack back. I wouldn't rest until I had my family in their home.

Puppy farm :( Again THANKYOU, I actually want to donate to this site when get my money an every month there after , can't donate lots but want do something, this is only place I've had help, advice, surport, most of all understanding n friendship xxx may I just say I'm not mentally ill! Or disturbed, yes I'm very depressed at min n tearfull but that's due to my babies! This girl has least 9dogs at any one time sometimes 18 , yes she keeps her house nice n clean but most dogs are in makeshift kennel outside, they all shih tzu, chihuahua crosses n a yorkie, she runs a puppy farm from home basically, bragged to me all my dogs r related, she has two three litters at min n always has, n pregnant bitches, she told me one of her dogs a shih tzu x is only 4 yr old now she got bout 7 litters left in her yet! But it's been bred since it was ready. I met her when she lst one her god my daughter me helped her hand posters out. Money nothing I'd sell my soul together my three back but she made £550. Selling my three. Re the police I'm still very shocked, I wish I was allowed copy of recorded conversation, as all calls recorded. The sly call the girl made to police made them assume I'm disturbed!! Intact makes me feel bloody crazy esp after police call! I already rang RSPCA said its police matter but were lovely, petlog have had honeys new owner that bought her ring in so if police done their job I'd least have honey my old girl homeshe n rly 9yr old, she put in add she z3 yr old no health problem s!! I livid, she has eye missing recent, teeth taken out they need monitoring, she has dislocated back kneecaps, and arthritis at times she very bad and needs reg vet treatment, medication, I have carry her up n down stairs if she jumps off sofa as be the big doggy bed or big cushion on floor or her legs just click n very painfull for her, SORRY IM GOING ON N ON AGAIN... Even spoke my vet boils down to police, and I rang back trying complain get case opened again..was told after read the notes... You already been told the dogs situation is finished their no open case nor will their be same with the assult n harassment. M anyway I know if I ever see my dogs ill stop n take them back but there only newspaper left but police stil won't change there view but if they'd only investigate they see! I have my hospital records.. Was admitted for my breathing n chest not cos I'm disturbed n suicidal as she said, come my house, it's lovely, clean, pets have everything, check my saved texts, check all calls, ask witness who saw her head but n threaten. Me, .....so in my heart deep down I know I can't legally get them back n it kills me. I have think of bobbin also house so quiet, I went to look at two lots litters yorkies awwwwww! N shih tzu s( I thought orig be to hard getting another yorkie I'm scared I'd be compare it to my others n that's not fair...but I know deep down I wouldn't I'd love n spoil new puppy polo ) ...but I feel so much guilt, like I'm tryin replace my lost abides? But bobbin needs a companion he's had his lost family since he first opened his eyes! If I got new baby I'd still not stop looking at every yorkie in street or online etc in the hope it's mine. But just need advice bout new puppy? Again sorry to go on n on , and love hugs n bobbin sends you all doggy kisses xxx

Senior Yorkie Talker | Hi, don't think anyone on here thinks your mentally unwell, we would all fall apart and have the same emotions as you going through even half of what you have. I can understand why the person who seen your Honeys ad took her away, can only think what it would be to read an ad about a healthy yorkie and and find a one who needs extra care, in a situation like you describe of a make shift puppy farm, I would want to rescue her.. but if I found out she was stolen I would return her, did pet log tell them she was marked as stolen or even reported missing by the owner?, don't understand thought micro chip was the safety to say "that's my dog". I remain ashamed of the polices view on this matter really don't know what they are playing at. Could you not get pet log to contact the police or even the RSPCA?

| Hi, I'm sorry this is all happening to you it sounds like a nightmare come true. I will hope that you keep us posted, I really hope this is resolved for your sake, soon. I was wondering, when you do a post here do you think you could make your paragraphs shorter? I have a difficult time reading long posts that have no break in them, if you could? Thank you. Take care.

| I am so sorry this has happened. She definitely had a plan...and executed it flawlessly...and it sounds like the police "aided and abetted" in her plan. I am completely uncertain what options might exist for you, but I have sent you a PM, too. I hope you can find a path to some recourse. I am so sorry this has happened. Not feeling well is bad enough...putting up with criminals, even if they are police, is unthinkable. {{{Hugs}}}

Our police are normally so up on all this...I remember a stray Staffie arrived in our Close, I couldn't bring him in for obvious reasons but kept him in our front porch (enclosed) and rang the police - they were with us within 10 minutes, they were incredibly helpful, 'Ted' was reunited with his owner within hours.... I personally am very unsure and uncertain on why our lady is being treated in this way.... Sally x | |

Sally, this goes against everything I've ever heard about UK police practices. But, I am unfamiliar with UK police "re-possession" practices, and I wonder if this lady, who may be a puppy miller and from whom I'm thinking from some of her comments, she may have acquired the dogs from, has treated the theft of the dogs as such...a repossession (and money making venture to boot...with the help of the police in a game she was well equipped to play and win...for now, at least. In the USA, people who "repo" vehicles simply remove the vehicle, call the police and say they repo'd it and to expect a call from the owner reporting it stolen, and that's it....he first caller's word is taken as fact...or that's how it was explained to me. I am not sure even here how to counteract that process, as it was explained to me by repo agency, police, and bank. If I had a car stolen like that, I would take evidence of non-repo-able status to police, who would likely send me back to the bank to have them file charges, but perhaps, with in-hand evidence, they'd have a second look, too. I PM'd the lady with some questions and suggestions...too lengthy to post...I can send to you also, if you'd like to critique what I wrote and change/add options, etc. I sincerely hope she has recourse to get the police involved, since I believe a crime has been committed. We have had similar things happen erer...dogs taken from homes after the doors were kicked in, taken from fenced yards, etc., by "dog rescues" then re-sold in other states in the USA. Here we have "Internal Affairs" to look into unethical internal police practices...if this is what has happened to this lady, maybe she has options not yet explored. Take care, Sally...[{{Hugs}}}...so sad this is!

Senior Yorkie Talker | Hi, You could try phoning police control, say you want to make a complaint, they will then take all the details, express how unhappy you are with the treatment you received and also the fact that someone who is far from qualified tried to insinuate your reactions to a difficult situation was mental health, how dare they? You can tell them about the messages and anything else you have, also the fact they are taken what this person who stole your dogs word, ask why? I would say that would make them take more of an interest, can imagine they will have a custody Sargent call you back regards to a complaint... but they would rather resolve a situation than have a formal complaint. Hope this helps. Good luck and keep us posted, oh don't apologise for long posts, its a complex story x
