| I am terribly sorry for your loss. Please see an attorney and file a suit against them. It seems most of their stores around the country have problems. I have had my share with their grooming facilities in the past and do not go there any longer. I won't shop there either. I can't imagine what your going threw but I do hope you follow through and sue the pant's off them. They deserve it! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Just becareful when you go to these places. Ask how only they have been grooming or the grooming manager. If they have only been a groomer for a few months then I would not leave my dog with them. Go for the one that has had more years behind them. ![]() ![]()

| This is soo horrible can't you sue them? I had a Lhasa Apso before who got part of his anus cit off by groomers at Petco. Now that I have my little Juiccekins I would never take her to a groomer, she is tooo small and I don't trust anyone will be as cautious with her little 1 lb 4 oz frame at 14 weeks |

| If I were you, I would sue. I'm so sorry for your loss. I used to take my pup Ollie to the Petsmart grooming center, until I was in there for unrelated business and saw one of the groomers verbally abusing the dog on her table and manhandling it very roughly. Ollie had been to the groomers there twice and came back shaking violently both times. I thought it was just nerves from being new to the grooming thing, but now I'm not so sure. All I know is after your story, it'll be a cold day in hell before they groom my dog again. |

| I am so sorry for your loss. I knew from the horror stories on here to not take Mia to be groomed. She is nervous when I give her a bath so I can't imagine what it would be like if i let someone else do it. I would listen to everyone on here that's give you advise and Sue this company. It's not about the money, it's about them getting the bad publicity from the suit. Plus its about someone else not having to go through what your going through. Prayers from Mia and I... Good luck and God Bless...

s food. Cause that is just how she acted if she got into baby's food. But I couldn't prove it. When she went home she got it so bad. I know it is horable when you loose your friend. She was my companion. But now I have these pup! And I get no rest. house breaking and all. But it is a laugh a minute I am not kidding you. and when she cuddles up, at night on my waterbed. she is so sweet. I miss my other dog. But molie sure knows how to make me feel good. hugs nancy

| I am so sorry for your tragic loss. A year ago I lost my 3lb yorkie to a vicious attack by a Husky at Pet Smart. |

| OMG!!! this makes me angry!!! I had an incident w/Petsmart last march. i wrote the BBB and contacted my local news. This is what happened- (this is what i wrote to the BBB) I brought my 5lb yorkie to Petsmart for a simple bath on Saturday March 2, 2008. She was acting normal before I brought her in. Then when i picked her up and left, my friend notice a bump on the back near her spine. She said she was petting her and she notice that my yorkie had some discomfort there. She didnt wanted to be petted at all. "Tootsie" wasnt acting herself either. She was quiet and she just sat there. (like she was lethargic) I thought..ok..maybe she is tired. Later that night she was still acting the same. We got worried, brought her to the emergency vet. The dr. felt the bump, stuck a needle in the bump. He drew approx. .33 cc blood. His diagnosis was "blunt trama causing hemorrhaging." Then around 4:00 AM, we notice a HUGE bump on her chest. There were also some bruising there. By morning, the bump had gone down alittle bit. I called Petsmart right when it opened. Talked to one of the managers (Gina)and told her the story and I wanted to know what happened. She said she would talk to her boss (Mike) and he'll get it figured out and call me back. Well, never got a phone call back that day. So I called them Monday Morning speaking to the Mike. He was really short with me and kind of brushed me off..acting like it was no big deal. He said "well how much was the vet bill, we'll send it off, and we'll contact you. He didnt even asked to hear the story from me, and i have no idea what what Gina had said to him. Then I asked to speak to his boss (Troy). Troy said he asked the groomer, and she said nothing happened. He said he'll definately look into. Then i asked to speak to his boss because I didnt feel that this was going anywhere. its alittle strange when I dropped my dog off and she was fine, then when i picked her up she had bumps and bruising all over her body. I havent received answer yet on what happened. A lot of people that i have talked to said that when they brought thier pet(s) to Petsmart Grooming that they have unexplainable issues happening to their pet(s) too. I just want to find the real reason on what happened to my dog while she was there getting a bath. I have day to day pictures of her bruises and copies of all vet bills and reports. I havent gotten any response from Petsmart Headquarter Safety Specialist. You def. write to the BBB and contact your local news. I have an email address and phone number to the Petsmart Safety if you want it. I can also email you pics of toots bruising...just give me your email address |
