| I am SOOO upset that I'm glad the stores are closed right now because I want to go to a Petsmart store and tell off their grooming staff, even if they are not at fault here in Fla. I just need to let out what I feel about SUCH negligence. One thing I'm doing, though, is not shopping there anymore. I heard from a friend that Petsmart donates/supports puppy mills to have more customers. I'll try to find out if it's true, but in the interim I'm sticking with Petco and others. |

| That really is sad-- and anybody who works with dogs for a living ought to realize that huskies as a breed can have a very high prey-drive when they are around smaller animals. It isn't their fault-- it's how they are-- and I've heard multiple stories over the years of huskies injuring or killing smaller pets in their households. The fact that somebody who is in the animal-care business would be ignorant of that AND ignore warnings from a dog's owner is really disturbing. This is why I take Penny in to be groomed so rarely, to be honest. :/ I work at an animal hospital, and sadly, over the years I have seen a LOT of injuries and illnesses caused by irresponsible groomers. Back before I moved out west, we even had a family whose Yorkie was killed when a groomer left a dryer on a plastic crate for too long. It's really terrifying for me to leave Penny at a groomer knowing full well the kind of things that can happen there.

| Un-freaking-believable! I am so terribly sorry that you have had to experience such a tragic loss. It's uncalled for, and I truly hope you are compensated in some way, although nothing will replace your baby it IS the least that they can do. I hope that you raise a big stink about this! They should pay dearly!

| I am so sorry for your loss of your sweet little girl. I agree with everyone else, contact a lawyer and sue them. There is absolutely no excuse as to why that husky got to the yorkie. I am not sure of the rules for Petsmart grooming, but I know with Petco you are not allowed to have more than one dog out at a time unless they are on the grooming tables. Again I so sorry for your loss, it should have never happened. Please take some type of legal action against them so this won't happen to anyone else.

| I'm so sorry...I'm just horrified about this. What a tragedy for your little girl and you and I can't even imagine the anger your must feel. I don't understand how this Husky even have any contact with your baby. That never should have happened and Petsmart should be held responsible for it. Get a good attorney!!!!

| Oh my God, that is truly horrifying! I am so terribly saorry for your awful loss and consequent situation. To lose a loved one is devistating enough but then to have to fight for your rights with the people who're responsible for that death is unforgivable. I am so sorry. I hope and pray you will get justice and peace of mind. Please know we are thinking of you. Jess |

| I am so sorry for you and the loss of Bella. I agree with what all of the others have so far said. Get a lawyer asap. And also that the employees of each store are probably told by corporate not to admit any sort of guilt on their part as well as to stonewall you to the point where you will give up calling, going to the store, etc. To accomplish anything at this point, you need a lawyer. God bless you and wish the best of luck to you and suing the asses off of PetSmart. Just because they are such a large chain does not mean that they are infallible and guiltless. I wish you the best. |
