He Could Not Give Me Any Info Today, And The Vet Teck Said There Was No Info Available On Dixie, As Having This Pryor To You Getting Her, Oh I Dont Lie To My Vet, Hes My Best Friend, And I Always Give Out His Number To Anone Wanting To Buy, I Will Be Very Careful In The Future Tho, Thanks For My Hard Lessons Learned, And When I G The Vet Certificates, I State Them As 8 Weeks As I Dont Let Them Go Then As Soon As I Get The Vet Check, Only About A Week Later, So Maybe I Need To Adjust This, When Your Selling Pup Say At 8 Wks , You Usually Have It Vet Checked A Week Earlier, Knowing The Baby Wont Leave Untill 8 Wks, Well Im Learning Alot, From Now Everything Will Bedone By The Book! ALSO I NEVER EVEN KNEW ABOUT DWARFISM UNTILL DR GRIMES EXPLAINED IT TO ME YESTERDAY i always thought open font cause growth retardation but he explained it was reversed that the dwarfism caused the open font and the lack of growing so out of all this i did get educatied on something i really did not know enough about and yes i did take dixie to the vet but they did not check her for a font just a well check up and i have already told pam this she had just taken her 3 weeks before and after fecal exam and etc she was ok i never thought to have her looked at to make sure there was no open font my bad again for taking pams word that she was 100 percent healthy but i will say as soon as i found it back to the vet we went and i did tell pam this has been going back and forth for a few weeks now

these are pictures i took of dixie this morning
pam still shipping pups under 8 weeks which were dixies sister they were just 7 weeks and 1 day and i know you had to lie to the airlines because they all require they be 8 weeks or older i researched it this morning and last night to make sure i was correct i do not want to misquote even travling together it is still a risk at such a young age i never let pups go untill over 10 weeks and i know they are well and no problems at all and you did teach me one thing that was the first thing i had my pups checked for was the open font and as for the vet i talked to it was micheal and i was under the impression you had bred yorkies for years

hi only since 1999, im not perfect rose, im just a person, whos learning too, im still waiting for my vet to call me tho, i dont want to make any more mistakes ever, and will be super careful and critical from now on too,thanks pam

hi thanks for the pictures, shes beautiful, i know dana will be great with her, youve done a great job with her rose, id like to know more on her in the future too, good luck, i see many show breeders on this site , i hope you get the dog you are looking for, as for me, i think im not going to be having any new litters for a lonf=g while, i just have 4 breeding females and 2 tiny non breedable ones, all the other are boys,most nueterd, ill be taking a time off asy parents need me anyway, bye pam

i wasnt aware rose went to a lawyer, truth is soon as she called my vet herself it was decided id take her back , she didnt say anything like that to me, i just believed her when she said my vet confirmed open font, truth is i was not aware of it for sure till yesterday, and was at my vet waiting on rose, to give her the money as i promised, and also like it stated in my contract,, but as for you ''butt out of my buisness,'' you didnt buy a dog from me , and you dont have a say in anything , your just a nobody to me pam

I'm rather curious as to what big time show kennels sold their dogs to you Pam. I don't know of any ethical, reputable show breeders that would sell their puppies to a "breeder". If not sold for show, they are sold on a spay or neuter contract as to not let their bloodlines be damaged. They work very hard to perfect their lines and don't want to risk their kennel name being "compromised". Unfortunately, in the past there have been people who have lied and cheated their way into getting a show puppy and then breeding it to just anyone..One of the reasons now, it's so difficult for someone new to be trusted with a good show quality dog.

hi thats for me to know, and the breeders whove sold to me love the fact that im not like all of you, i only breed quality to quality by their advice, and that i dont sell their pups dirt cheap and ruin the names like all you are trying to do, i m intersted in top quality to show, waiting for my perfect one then watch out, i also do not like handlers to have my dogs, i want to do it myself when all the family stuff clears up and i have more time to run to shows, im most interested in griffs, my very first litter produce a champion picked out by me at newborn age and was finnised at 9 mo old, griffs are my first love, yorkies are very difficult and i think i leave all the wishy washy stuff about them and showing to you know it all, bye pam

As far as being just a nothing to you, just so you know I was to be a witness to all your mean emails and etc when it went to court. Rose is my friend and sure I am going to take up for her when i know the truth and know that she is being lied on.

i might be wrong but I think prestigeousyorkies on here sold her a puppy. Seems like I read that on another thread somewhere. breeders get lied to every day by people just looking to breed to make a quick buck so i am sure prestegious didn't realize the kind of breeder pam is at the time she sold her a puppy.

well yes i could post some very nasty emails that were sent to me that stated that myself and others were liars on here oh well consider the source i have been honest with everyone that has asked me questions reguarding dixie and yes pam i did tell you in an email that i had spoke to my attorney and he was just waiting on me to make a decision as i told
you yesterday i felt you sold me this girl under fraudlent conditions not
disclosing she had an open font and ask yorkies3 who i was talking to when i was speaking with her your vet he is the one that told me there is lemon laws for people who dont sell good dogs and and that he felt you should have told me look you made a mistake hmmm maybe because i still have an email telling me how much you needed cash to buy a tri colored male and i needed to hurry up and buy dixie this is the issue you sell your pups to early you sell dogs under lies to the vet and to the airlines about there ages this i have proof on shipping papers..... if dixies mom and dad are producing font you should never breed the two again most on here show or not have standards they abide by as far as ages and honesty goes when it comes to the yorkie i have invested my heart into dixie and it is broken again because you did not give me the option to turn the pup down when i told you yesterday i was done you magicly came up with the money to buy her back after making many demands on me even you vet agreed dixie did not need another shot but i complied with all your wishes and yes you are correct in saying i did not return her but my heart would not let me for fear if she got big enough you would breed her not caring that she had a font and yes i do know of belinda and yes she does have good dogs but good dogs only go as far as the person breeding them once they are sold i know of 4 people on yt that are very unhappy with you pups and i just wonder how many more are out there and yes i have read your reviews but just dont get how seven good ones could be posted all on the same day may 7th to be exact and yes i was in route to meet you but got side tracted by darwins and praying the whold time she would call
look get your facts straight and be an upstanding breeder that others can look up to be honest with others as with your self and you will do fine
dont advertise as a show breeder of show quality dogs at 9 weeks again(brain fart) it takes longer than that and i should have known better
i am really smarter than that get a dog in the ring or go to some show and learn what you need to look for as you have said you have many dogs pet some out so you have real time for you dogs you must be over the top with all the family illness and if my plate was as full as yours something would have to give we have all had a champion sired dogs at one time or another but that doesnt make all good all the time and asking a big sum of money on you pets does not make them any better than the next person i have seen many champion sired dogs that did not make the grade and those are the ones most show people sell they keep there best
and if it was the best than you would have a contract to show the dog
please think about what you are saying facts are what is important and please dont make me start posting them

hi rose im taking all your advice , thanks so much, ps i love your contract and sugrs moms too, they state that the pups must be seen at the vet within the first 48, and yours 72 hrs or the contract is void, thats great how do you get the people to do that tho>? the unhappy people ive dealt with wont even do that so what? i always said id take her back from you, and no i dont think my vet did tell me this about her before , i myself do not and didnt get anything on this , and as for breeding, im leaving all that stuff up to you profesionals, yes i agree with you 100 Per cent , your right, im wrong , but i told you id take her back after you caught up the shots and you did! but since you wanted her to go to dana, then were done, rose i fully intend to send you lots of buyer s on your pups , and sugars mom too, i wish you all well, and will be taking your advice as to not being so burdened with all this,you trully are a great person rose, and im just going thru a very tough time, i do apologise if you can , forgive me?
