| rose, after reading all this stuff, if I would never in a million years give Dixie back to Pam, I know you need your money and yes, you and these others that came forward , did get screwed over but it is very clear what Pam's intentions for this poor little sick dog. On the other hand, i don't know what I would do if I kept her either because you are a reputable breeder and wouldn't sell someone a sick puppy unless they knew everything upfront and was willing to deal with it. |

No Longer a Member | This is really a sad situation all around. I hate to see messages saying Rose does not love Dixie or any of her dogs. I met Rose about 6 weeks ago, and I saw how her dogs sleep in a bed under her desk at her feet. And when she gets up and leaves the room, those dogs follow her, and if they can't follow her, they all sit at the window and watch. Her dogs were all happy and playful and next to her at all times. I think the dogs all speak for how much she cares about all her pets. These are dogs that love being with her every minute. I know she did not want to part with Dixie because I asked her back then if Dixie was for sale, and she was not. |

I am asking that and I do not mean to be mean in any way, But if you show; then why did you buy a puppy for show before you physically looked at the parents and their Pedigree? Showing is very expensive and if one purchases a puppy for show they normally reveiw the Parents. Most Kennels or Breeders that have show Quality pups keep them for their own show. They also sell the pups at an older age, eig 10 - 18 months. They normally keep them for themselves. I am a Breeder, my pups always have their papers before they are placed. My Sire & Dam are always available for the prospective new owners to see. If I use another male I always have a picture of him and the phone number of the owner. So sorry to read your problem, to me it sounds suspecious of your puppies DNA. I do hope you didn't pay that much. Here in Calif these dogs go from $1500 to almost $2500. One more info, it is very difficult to presume a puppy is show quality under 6 months. Good luck in the future and demand to see the parents always.

| Woohoo my heart is jumping for joy i am so thankfull to darwins she is getting dixie and she knows all about her health and you are right i am a nut for ever buying from pam and trusting her my gut told me better but my heart led the way at this time (BRAIN FART) i have a champion male and a female that i bought from reveille home of champion kennels she is a very nice girl and i am sure she will show as soon as her coat breaks good (my kiki) this person i bought her from i would recomend to any one she is one of the most honest and caring person i have ever meet at this time she has 3 or 4 yorkies showing and one just got a major over the weekend she is the one i should have gone back to but i the time she had nothing and i believed pam had showed dogs my bad again for not researching better i blame my self for this whole mess i should have done my home work i feel after a long night of soul searching i just could not return dixie and when darwins said she wanted her this morning i just turned my jeep around and went home i was already on my way to meet pam and i called pam she did not call me this morning to tell her i would not be returning dixie to her also dr grimes told me yesterday he did have a record of his findings on dixie(aka leeaa) and would be happy to send me a copy i know what her vet said to me in a conversation of about 30 minutes yesterday afternoon the main thing is dixie will be going to a very loving forever home with a very caring person who understands her condition and as for pam i kept asking her why dixie was not growing and she kept telling me give her time she had to a year to grow but i knew better i just wanted to see if pam would ever say anything i really dont care how mant dogs pam has she will just have one less thank you dawrins my heart and soul are in much better condition after are conversation i will sleep peacefully tonight and i would like to know why pam has never addressed that she lies to vet about ages she ships pups at seven weeks and she claims to know her dogs well enough to claim they are show hopefulls at 9 weeks old and has never showed herself again i blame my own stupidity on trust but i will be smarter next time and that is a fact |
