| ![]() Sheila maybe you should just send her what she is asking for, it really cannot hurt your case. She says that is why she has done nothing to help so it would be nice to see if it really does help. I do not know this breeder as most of us here don't and it would be nice to see her step up and do the right thing once she receives them. I am a little shocked you did not receive the vet records with your pup. We received vet records and shot records with our two. Even little Lolita came with those as far back as the person who she was rescued from's vet. Still praying for a peaceful resolution here and for your family and little Max.

So, here is my offer. Sheila said she is willing to take Maxwell's sister, (She doesn't want a puppy she hasn't met, and she is in no condition to travel. Just going to the Vet on Tuesday was extremely difficult on her, because she is suffering extreme nerve pain in her spine. (She is in bed or on the couch, pretty much 24/7 now.) if you will provide a Health Certificate from your Vet, stating that she does not have dry eye, yeast infections in her ears, and Giardia, and her medical records, and if you will provide her registration papers. And the pedigree of both Sire and Dam, since we have already paid AKC for a 3 generation pedigree. We have Max's registration papers. We would also like a current picture of Maxwell's sister, and her weight. At the Vet on Tuesday, Maxwell weighed 3.15 And he is not over-weight. We would also like a real picture of Treasure. However, you will need to have someone bring Maxwell's sister and the paperwork up here. Sheila is now too sick for me to leave her, for me to make that trip. If you agree, we will not file our complaint with YTCA & AKC, and consider the matter resolved. I will also post on yorkietalk that the matter has been resolved to our satisfaction. And I will ask Administration to delete the entire thread. As for her review in yorkietalk, she posted that review after you sent her friend, Betty, the same picture of gustos mom. They both felt you were being very dishonest. I haven't sent you Max's medical records yet. I would like his medical records from your Vet, 1st. You think we broke your heart? Sheila's heart was shattered when Maxwell was diagnosed. Rich As I stated in earlier posts... Emotional blackmail...

| ![]() I have one more thing to say to these owners.I have tried over and over to resolve this by my contract that is signed. You keep adding roadblocks!! You wont send me any written statements from the attending vet? I can not even speak with my vet about this situation because I have no information from your vet?I have done nothing to you to deserve this slander, Now you are changing your mind again???? You say that the words replacement puppy is not in my contract.... it most certainly is it says'if the puppy dies or develops a life threatning condition another puppy will be given out of the next available litter' .Also his shots and the dates they were given are on your contract I will not keep being attacked as you keep changing your mind!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| ![]() And this is why both sides of the story is so important. I still see only parts from both sides. I know Sheila has many friends here and that is wonderful, but I from the beginning saw big holes in this review. I wish Sheila and Max much luck. I hope that Max is given the very best and that if breeder and or current owner are not up to the challenge of his medical issues that he is put in the hands of someone who will see Max through his illness'. This is incredibly sad and I can't help but notice that in all the back and forth the health and future of Max may be getting lost. Please resolve this with the breeder in a way that is beneficial to MAX the one that is stands to lose/gain so much. At the end of the day, its all about the pups here, not hurt feelings.

| ![]() Looking at the breeders comments and those from Rich in the email along with all the other posts it does seem like little Max is getting lost in it all. I am sure Rich and Sheila are doing all they can for him at the moment but I do see their pain and hurt over the experience because it is so different from with their last show breeder. I also see where the breeder is coming from up to a point. Although I absolutely feel they should of been given a certificate of health from Judy's vet at time of purchase, I also see where she would like to see the reports from their vets as evidence of his issues. I am a little confused by the email because it doesn't say if they want to keep max and receive the little female pup also or are returning him to Judy. Either way I pray both do what is best for this tiny little guy who has no say in all he is going through. Bless all concerned and please do what is best for him, which I am sure you all know in your hearts would be best for all of you too. For Rich and Sheila to help heal their stress and pain and for Judy to help heal her reputation. I know you have said Judy that you are getting ready to retire and I am sure you don't want to do this with a black mark on your reputation so I do feel you are trying also. Maybe a few phone exchanges would help? Just a thought. God bless you all concerned especially little Max.

I'm sending the breeder the medical records today, with a tracking number. Sheila has x-rays on her spine early this morning, and after I get her home and settled, I will take the records to the post office. All we received in regards to records are what the breeder wrote on the contract. Rich

![]() ![]() I am not a breeder, just a firm believer in YTCA and an admirer of those that do all they can to breed healthy dogs. I feel like this entire thread should be deleted as it has been a place to vent vs. report. I don't think the puppy is the problem, though he may indeed have issues. This may be a time to resolve with a refund (after registration is signed over) and everyone move on. This has been as confusing as life can be when making decisions on an emotional roller coaster. I am dizzy and sorry for everyone, mostly the puppies forced to take this ride.

| ![]() Thank you, I have tried and tried to get the vet information about little Max. I am heavily involved in showing my own dogs so I need the reports to understand his condition and see in fact if it is genetic ? Do you think I would breed this condition on purpose?Does anyone really believe I would sell a puppy knowing he had a lifelong medical condition? Of course not. This couple have changed their minds back and fourth from the beginning. They have said they could never give him up and I would not take good care of him if he came back to me They have told all of you how I had scared puppies with their eyes half open .If that was the case why would they buy such a puppy? They were here several hours 2 times!!! They take no responsibility for agreeing to the terms of my contract .They want me to follow their terms and their demands. Yes you are right Max is the victim here, just like a child from divorced parents .Read the quote from my last email,I now have to answer a list of demands and then they will return him or they are going to continue to threaten me with slander. I will be contacting my attorney to file a defamation suite if this continues .Please stop the madness!!!!I will keep this forum updated as to what happens, thank you ![]() |

We met in Memphis and I believe you are doing the right thing!! I have to agree before I would do anything I have to see vet proof and it hasn't been provided to you and that concerns me as a breeder! Before I refunded money or a new pup I'd have to see medical records as it's in my contract! I also believe that you would not intentionally place a sick pup! I've kept up with this thread and I've been a member of Yorkie talk a long time! I do feel for both parties BUT vet proof on Max needs to be provided to the breeder before she can do anything and if it's not being provided all this can be taken as slandering this breeder!! I hope it gets resolved soon! Judy no worries in the show community! Donna Bird

That said, at this point I would be trying to buy Max back from these people for his protection as this home looks too unstable from here. Best wishes, Susan

There are at times narrative comments a vet makes on the findings of any physical or wellness exam they do. Each vet may have a slightly different medical form set-up but usually all major organ systems, physical outline pictorial of a dog, any ortho testing results from manual examination, measurements taken, heart rate respiration rate etc. Coat health and weight, condition of paws/nails etc etc. . For example on the affected "eye" - a vet might note a difference visually in eye size or shape, obviously the results of any testing done, the location of the bacterial infection, the severity of the dryness of the eye. A picture might have been take of the eye and sent onto the opthamologist consultant. Notes from the consultation etc. I hope this note finds you in time, but it is easy enough to do the letter and either fax it directly to your vet and the breeders vet, or scan the letter into your computer and sent it via email to both and to the breeder.

| ![]() Thank you for you reassuring comments. I love my dogs ,they are my life. It has broken my heart to read these threads from people who don't even know me.For the people that do know me know you know all of this threads are not true. I ,like all of you hurt for my puppy. He is the only thing that matters. My only concern when I place a puppy in a pet home is to get the right home for each baby. Otherwise. the puppy pays the price for their entire life I will let you know if I ever get anything from their vet. In the meantime I wait and not posts negative things. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
