Of course not. This couple have changed their minds back and fourth from the beginning. They have said they could never give him up and I would not take good care of him if he came back to me They have told all of you how I had scared puppies with their eyes half open .If that was the case why would they buy such a puppy? They were here several hours 2 times!!! They take no responsibility for agreeing to the terms of my contract .They want me to follow their terms and their demands. Yes you are right Max is the victim here, just like a child from divorced parents .Read the quote from my last email,I now have to answer a list of demands and then they will return him or they are going to continue to threaten me with slander. I will be contacting my attorney to file a defamation suite if this continues .Please stop the madness!!!!I will keep this forum updated as to what happens, thank you |
Judy,
We met in Memphis and I believe you are doing the right thing!! I have to agree before I would do anything I have to see vet proof and it hasn't been provided to you and that concerns me as a breeder! Before I refunded money or a new pup I'd have to see medical records as it's in my contract! I also believe that you would not intentionally place a sick pup! I've kept up with this thread and I've been a member of Yorkie talk a long time! I do feel for both parties BUT vet proof on Max needs to be provided to the breeder before she can do anything and if it's not being provided all this can be taken as slandering this breeder!!
I hope it gets resolved soon! Judy no worries in the show community!
