Just for the record, My website WAS titled Greens Tiny Treasures That is not a secret! I even posted that I was making a change in a few threads and there is info here as to why I changed it. There was a simular website out there and she became a member and I also want to change my name to represent that I breed Yorkies, not Tiny Treasures So I made the change Nothing shady about that and its posted here all over when I did the change. So thats why I changed. I like my new website alot better Now for the breeding of Chihuahua's? Of course everyone knows I had one litter of Chihuahua's here. I think I talked none stop about them, LOL They are an amazing breed! This was back in 2006. My girl ended up with a c-section and I never bred her again after. It was amazing having those babies. I never, ever, hid that fact. I don't breed them any more, although like I said, I LOVE the breed!!!

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | While it true that many of you knew these things, it's also true that having multiple website names, and raising more than one breed are considered "red flags." In Breny's case, the reasons for this were explained, but I can understand why this would cause people concern, until they investigate further.

| [QUOTE=Breny;2547708]I just wanted to say that I am working to settle this with Jacob. I am willing to to above and beyond the contract HE SIGNED. I never doubted your ethics for a second Brenda. I hope everything gets worked out, and little Lucky gets the treatment he needs to live a normal, happy life with his family.

I have become friends with a YT member that purchased a little boy from a YT member, paid good money for what was suppose to be a healthy pup...Well the little boy had to have surgery for a Liver Shunt - This disease is so stressful for the Pup and the owner and even though he had surgery, his whole life has to be taken carefully in every aspect. She didn't sign up for that, but she took responsibility and is making sure her baby can live long and healthy life. As far as I know, the Breeder will not refund his purchase price, which I think is plain cruel.

My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | Links to Legg Perthes Some (including the OP) were asking for links stating that Legg Perthes was not proven to be genetics, like as with Luxating Patella's, it could be also be caused from injury. Legg-Perthes SiriusDog.com - LEGG CALVÉ PERTHES DISEASE http://www.angelfire.com/fl/atjournal/lp.html Just a couple stating it is not confirmed to be genetic, that injury and trauma may also be a cause |

| I'm glad this is getting handled by the parties involved. I see nothing wrong with the buyer posting his concern or his review as he saw it. He is an outsider and does not know Breny like most of us here already do. It's not fair to tell him not to post his "review" on this "breeder review" forum when that's what it's for. It's not a "only positive breeder/vet/groomer review" section...it's for all. Yes -- he should have gone as far as he could to settle this & make sure all the facts were presented between he and the breeder before he posted his review, but he is a new owner....we've all gone about things as new owners the wrong way...no reason to beat him down for it. Even after seeing this, it made me have no different view of Breny..I knew she would handle it ethically & appropriately and I would still recommend her website to anyone looking to buy...at the same time, I'm not going to condemn the buyer for doing what he did either. Just present him with ways to handle this or that (as some have already done)! Glad it's being worked out though and that's the main thing! Anyone seeing this should also conclude that even the best of breeders such as Breny may run into situations like this but that they are handled efficiently.
