That could help with the vet bill!!!!Knowing that once someone gets attached to there little ones their not going to part with them no matter what is wrong with them.......they are now part of someones Family!!!!!

If the buyer wanted to keep the puppy, and the defect was proven to be genetic and required surgery, I woud not have a problem refunding the purchase price. That is something that could be negotiated.
