I honestly wish more breeders would do this. We as buyer (for the most part) are good people. I think that shines through when WE are willing to spend thousands of dollars to have surgery or special Vet care to save or prolong our babies life. But WE didn't sign up for that and I honestly think the most fair thing to do is refund the purchase price.

I have become friends with a YT member that purchased a little boy from a YT member, paid good money for what was suppose to be a healthy pup...Well the little boy had to have surgery for a Liver Shunt - This disease is so stressful for the Pup and the owner and even though he had surgery, his whole life has to be taken carefully in every aspect. She didn't sign up for that, but she took responsibility and is making sure her baby can live long and healthy life. As far as I know, the Breeder will not refund his purchase price, which I think is plain cruel.
