| Good workout... Does anyone know of a really good workout for abs and obliques (love handles)? I want to work on streamlining these areas, but I'm asthmatic, so I can't do heavy cardio. Thanks! |

| There is 1 exercise only that I do for love handles and mine are TOTALLY gone, plus my waist is about 3 inches smaller. Lay on your back and reach to the SIDE to touch your ankle/foot. So you would touch the left foot, then the right foot. Do this in a smooth, quick motion. Don't pause in between. I do about 75 to 100 a night - depending on how tired I am. You will see results within 6 weeks. It's awesome. It totally trims your waist and gets ride of love handles. Let me know how it works out!!

| My trainer has me do a move called a Roman Candle. You use 5-10 pound weights in your hands and do crunches to each side. I am actually starting to have a six pack and it was definitely NOT a firm area on me to begin with.

So your back stays on the floor the whole time? Or are you sitting up? | |

| You lay down with your knees bent, a weight in each hand. Pull your hands in close to your body and begin doing crunches, when you are doing your reps, DO NOT put your back to the floor, keep your back off the floor and rotate your body from side to side, this will work the love handle area and keeping your back slightly off the floor will make your abs work. Once you get really good at it, you can start pulling your feet off the floor and rotating them opposite the side you twist. Hope this makes sense, its hard to explain in words!
