There is 1 exercise only that I do for love handles and mine are TOTALLY gone, plus my waist is about 3 inches smaller. Lay on your back and reach to the SIDE to touch your ankle/foot. So you would touch the left foot, then the right foot. Do this in a smooth, quick motion. Don't pause in between. I do about 75 to 100 a night - depending on how tired I am. You will see results within 6 weeks. It's awesome. It totally trims your waist and gets ride of love handles. Let me know how it works out!! |
