LOL! Sorry, I'll try to explain it better. You have to lay on your back. Then you are going to use your RIGHT hand to reach sideways and touch your right ankle. When you do this, your back will lift off the floor SLIGHTLY which is ok, but it should not come completely off the floor. Then you do the exact same except towards the left. I don't know if this helps explain it better! Sorry guys! But it really does work.
