You lay down with your knees bent, a weight in each hand. Pull your hands in close to your body and begin doing crunches, when you are doing your reps, DO NOT put your back to the floor, keep your back off the floor and rotate your body from side to side, this will work the love handle area and keeping your back slightly off the floor will make your abs work. Once you get really good at it, you can start pulling your feet off the floor and rotating them opposite the side you twist.
