If Rena's policy is return for like item, and it's posted, then I do think it's unfair to claim she doesn't stand behind her products when you weren't willing to stick to the return policy.

Businesses can't just change the rules because someone complains.
You do have a point about return policy, but if items were damaged, why wouldn't a seller want to give a refund? I wouldn't want what I thought to be "crappy" goods again. You know? NOT that they are crappy, just making a point.
