Does anyone have this for nails??

Ok everyone ,I recieved my peticure petite about a week ago, the battery was charged so I went ahead and tried it on Remy, I liked the guard on it and the smallest hole was just big enough for Remys nail . I was doing just little touches to her nails to get her used to it ,but then the battery died so I put it on the charger for several hours and when I went to use it again it ran for about 1 minute and then the battery died seems like I got one of the ones with a defective battery I was hoping they had fixed that problem but I guess not.I haven't given up on the peticure yet I still like the concept so I e-mailed them tonight asking them what to do?

I just may have to get one of these. It used to take my fiance and I both to hold down my furbaby just to trim his nails and by the time we were done...30min had already gone by and we would be in a sweat! Well he has now calmed down some so now I can do it by myself but it takes a while and he still fights me a lil. I never cut him in the quick when my fiance helped hold but when I started doin myself after he calmed down...I have accidently quicked a few but not many and not badly. However, this last time..he hollared and I thought i quicked him and I almost did but it never actually bled but you could see the quick. Then all of a sudden there is blood on my shirt...i check the toe..still not bleeding...check another paw and there is a toenail bleeding that i had quicked and he didnt even squeal about! So i felt really really awful cause he was wanting to play and run and i was trying to keep him calm cause the more active he was...the more it would try to bleed so i tried to hold him calm and put quick stop (blood stopper) on it and waited a while and then he was free to play. But after that..I feel bad. I have a nail grinder but the noise FREAKS him out. Does anyone know if this peticure is quiet???? If so...ill prob just have to get one!

Gosh, that doesnt speak well for the product. Please post what their response is. Now I am thinking a dremel with the guard

Interesting.. I might have to look into this better for myself also.. I will keep reading the posts.. and see how all are doing with them. also will wait for stock to be refreshed....thanks for posting

I ordered my Petite on January 15 and am still waiting to receive it...I'm hoping it will be soon...I email the company yesterday and am still awaiting their reply....soooooo as soon as I hear anything I will let ya all know...

I had to get a new battery and spoke to them today. The lady told me they got in a new order and will also be getting replacement batteries for them next week. So it looks like 7 to 10 days shipping after next week for me. They say they have corected the battery7 issue and I guess I will soon see as I have 2 new ones comming soon.

I cancelled mine because of all the bad reports I read about the batteries. They took the money from my credit card even though they didn't have a product to ship. I have called 3 times and sent several emails and they told me it will take 2-3 weeks to credit the $ back. No one seems to know what is going on there. Some told me the petite is on back order and some said it is in stock. One person said there is no record of my order, even though it has been charged on my credit card. I think there is something funny about this company.

That puts a big red flag up as far as I'm concerned. I'll continue useing my pet dremel until another company comes out with something that's better and that "works". There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever in waiting 4 weeks on any product, and not getting a refund in a more timely manner.

I have called two diff numbers and one was supposed to be the main office. No one I talked seemed to knew anything about the battery problem. Hmmmm...what's up with that?

The second person I spoke with told me that there was no record of my order. Here is what happened.

After waiting two weeks I emailed the company and told them I wanted to cancel my order. I got an email back from JAYDEN DRELINGER who I think owns the company where they gave me a phone number to call and cancel the order.

1st call: I spoke to someone who called himself Leo. I don't think it was his real nameas I could barely understand his english. He said he will put in an order to cancel it and credit my money back if it was charged. He said he had no way of knowing if my credit card was charged or not but he said to call next week to see if the credit was issued. He said the petite is on back order. He knew nothing about the battery problems.

2nd call: Guy I spoke to said it should have been credited back but he doesn't know. He said they take the $ from your card when you place the order regardless if they have the product in stock or not. He told me to call the main ofc the following week and gave me the #.

3rd call: I spoke to a lady at the main office named Helen. She said there is no record of my order but she will put in ANOTHER req to cancel the order and credit the $ to my card. She said check my credit card and CALL BACK again if my credit card was charged for the item. She said the petite is in stock and not on back order. She said the others are on back order and they are expecting a new shipment soon. She knew nothing about the battery problems.

4th call: I called to tell them that my card was charged and they told me that it takes 2-3 weeks to get the credit on my card. At this point I don't know if I will ever see it. He told me the item is on back order.

I have emailed JAYDEN DRELINGER several times and I get no response.

I was told that their hours are 8-5 Central Standard time.

I called the number on their website and spoke to a lady named erika. 1-866-626-7961.
