Now OMG i cannot believe that happened thanks for sharing as i had no idea and when my girl hurt her leg people said to put a heating pad under her bed to help but whew glad i did not - YIKES You cannot sue them per se as LLC but you can take them to small claims court i believe as dogs are considered property and you can report them to the veterinary board to go after their license I believe but i am sure they all cover their booties I have heard some wild stories from vet techs on vet group about vets they worked for. How sad to know they did something wrong and not make it right that is just straight up wrong and I do believe in Karma when you do not do the right thing so it will come back to them as how can you do that to an animal that cannot speak HORRIBLE I am glad she is doing well and you are a great mom | |

| My heart is breaking for that little Yorkie. How awful to be trapped in a corner with no place to get away. It makes me feel sick to my stomach. I agree there should be no hot setting on groomer's hair dryer's. I also think they should have to personally blow dry them by hand. It's all about how many dogs they can squeeze into a day the more dogs the more $. That poor poor little one. I will keep him in my prayer's for a safe and successful surgery. OMG I'm sick.. I am so happy I had to learn to groom my own. I'm almost happy, after seeing that, that Buddy bit the groomer and made me learn to groom him myself. I am so sorry this happened to this baby. Your friend must have been sick as well. Hugs, |

Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | Praying for Chloe's surgery today Came to see if there was an update on how little Chloe is doing. Has any one heard any news today? It is now past one in the morning Tuesday there in Florida, was mentioned previously that Chloe would most likely be undergoing surgery today, prayers for God to guide the Vet in whatever procedure needs to be done and get her safely through the healing process with no complications. I have not been able to get this happening out of my mind, I feel so sorry for this dear lady and hope she will come join YT after Chloe gets well, we then can all enjoy watching Chloe grow and hear the happy times they are having together, I pray this will come to be. Archie I also learnt to groom our Cassie after a mishap when she was a baby and never ever took her to be groomed after that. I have always done our girls that we have now, it really isn't hard, they may not look absolutely perfect with my grooming but what the heck, no worries from Mama doing it I know there are caring and great groomers out there, this sad happening was one that was with the opposite. So very sad, my heart feels for Chloe's Human Mom there, praying for her today too. What a wonderful friend Pat is, friends are a real blessing in this ole life, they sure help to make each day better. Thoughts and Prayers today Chloe with your surgery, Hugs from us both, Patti and Jack and Girls. |

| Praying God directs the surgeons hands and helps Chloe's own immune system use the antibiotics that they will be giving her to fight off infection and cover her with His hand of protection. That is such a tender place for an injury with a large section of skin that will be removed. |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | That brings tears to my eyes, that poor baby. I'm so glad I groom mine at home. I barely trust my vet and he is wonderful. I'm super protective and everytime I see something like this I just never want anyone else near my fur kids. It is so hard to protect them.. I feel so sad for this poor girl and pray she ends up ok.

| Chloe Update... So sorry I couldn't post sooner, they frown on it at work :-) I am just overwhelmed by the love, care, concern from you guys. And....Keep Up Those Yorkie Prayers....because they are working!! Chloe went to vet 4pm yesterday for her pre-op visit and the vet was surprised at the new skin and tissue that was growing since her Sat visit..so much that he put off her surgery for today, until at least Fri. He wants to see her again tomorrow (Weds), and make a determination at that time whether to proceed with surgery Fri. I cannot imagine the more horrific area not needing a skin graft...but he's the vet....and that may come later...but for now, things are looking up. Chloe is feeling better, altho she still shakes at times, but she is eating well and this morn she actually jumped upon the bed (was amazed when I heard that). She is still on all meds and when it's time for a pain pill, that seems to be when she shakes. I have told Chloe's mom about you wonderful Yorkie lovers and she has become overwhelmed by knowing all the support and love she and Chloe have here and wants to join when things get back on track. I will post another reply in a bit about the dryer, groomer, etc - don't want to make this too long. Many, many heartfelt thinks to you all - please keep sending those kind thoughts and Yorkie Prayers Chloe's way...she is far from being out of the woods. What Chloe is going thru has only energized me to help stop this negligence and abuse. The vet said when he used to rotate thru different vet practices, he would see about 10 burns a week (not to Chloe's extent, but nonetheless...groomer negligence) Sincerely Pat (mom to 3 BTs) and Chloe's friend |

| That is the most Horrific thing. That poor baby. I would be so angry at the groomers. How long did they leave her in there and what did have to say about this. I mean there is NOTHING they could of said that wouldn't of made me want to hit them!!! Awful. I agree that Coconut oil is amazing and they won't get sick if they lick it.
