| I've seen many of my favorites mentioned already, but here are a few more: Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning (to spice up everything) Taragon Pesto Cinnamon added to everything chocolate buttermilk to marinate chicken in; super tender & flavorful

| Secret ingredient for any type of meat is cumin! I also picked up this spice blend in SF called Zhug. I mixed it with ground quinoa, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, it's great with everything! I mixed it in some Fage and made a great sauce for scrambled eggs.

| Hahah...I have always said the only reason my house has a kitchen is because it came with one I don't cook much, leave that to dh. I do like my seasonings, though, and some things I buy 3 at a time because I use so much: Lea & Perrins, Tobasco sauce and grated horseradish-preferably extra hot. I also love Wyler's beef bullion cubes added to lots of things from veggies to sauces to even a little in my bloody mary's (which is where a lot of my worstershire, tobasco and horseradish disappears, too)
