| Ive not tried it but have tried some of their food. Some of its not bad. Have you tried Weight Watchers? Thats my favorite as I do it on my own. It does help you learn to make healthier choices.

| I personally have not. My mother and sister did and yes they lost weight but put it right back on as soon as they came off the food. It is quite expensive and according to my mom and sister the food is aweful, dry and tastes like cardboard, and gave them aweful gas. The key is to change your lifestyle. Cut out all fast foods, white breads and flours, sodas, sugary sweets, and the likes. Eat lean proteins, veges, and low carb/sugar fruits. Drink lots of water and exercise at least 5 days a week. And this is for life, not for short term. It is great that you and your S.O. both need and want to lose. Partner up on healthy meals and snacks, weigh in with each other weekly, and go to the gym together for life. Simple but true..

| I've done nutrisystem and I liked it and lost weight. I did their food for a while and it got me used to eating their portions and then I did my own food using their book. I gained it all back.

We all could afford to eat more healthy food anyway. My older daughter who is 19 and very athletic is only 106lbs. I hope she won't lose any weight though. I guess she eats all the other junk She won't lose too much. I feel it's all my fault because I am the food shopper. No more junk for my house. I guess that is the start. I tried the nutrisweet in my coffee it's terrible I really don't want to spend that money for the nutrasystem. Especially if my husband and I were both going to do it. I have all the weight watcher cook books. Maybe I will pick a recipe a day to make for dinner. And keep salad on hand and fresh fruits and veggies. ugh!! I hate this

| I've never been on the diet, but tried some of the food (my friend was doing it) EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!! Not to mention HELLA expensive Try cutting out sugar and all "white" foods such as rice, potatoes, pasta, etc. More veggies and fruits, lots of fiber rich foods You can do it!

| My Mom is on this now and she's lost almost 50lbs and has been very happy with it. I've tried all the food and I like most of everything I tried. I really don't think it's that expensive if you add up what you really spend on food if you buy everything you should to eat the right way. I think it does help teach you portion control and it's simple if you don't have a lot of time. The concept is 4-5 small meals a day to keep you even and she doesn't feel hungry.

My boyfriend got a ton of the food for super cheap like 2 years ago so we were like what the heck. OMG... so gross! Almost all of it (in my opinion) was inedible. I did like the oatmeal and the pancake mix well enough but the rest I wouldn't eat if it were free! Try WW, it's the most tried and true 'lifestyle change' out there. Consistently more people get results than any other program. If you tried it years ago and didn't like counting points, well they have a new plan that you don't have to count points anymore. I found when I did it, I got to eat so much that I actually had to eat a chocolate bar one night to get all my points in for the day. LOL (probably not a good idea mostly! LOL)

| You see I really can't figure out my problem. I realy don't eat during the day because I'm not hungry. I mean I eat absolutly nothing. I drink decaf coffee with sugar so I am cutting that down to 1tsp in my coffee. But other than that I really eat nothing. I eat dinner with my family then maybe on occasion I eat a dish of ice cream or a devil dog. I don't even think I am eating enough calories at all. My metabolism is pretty high. I am a stay at home mom and believe me I never sit...except ...oh wait!! To go on this computer . I think if i go on ww or something then I will be forced to eat more during the day when I don't eat now. I don't know I'm rambling. It's just so frustrating

I think it's important to find what works for someone as long as it's well rounded & not bad for you!

| I used Nutrisystem and made my goal of losing 40 pounds. I stayed on it for a couple more months then went off. I gained all the weight back. That is the only drawback I see. As soon as you stop their food, you gain unless you are very good about portion control and avoiding fats. Ice cream is my nemesis and I hear they now have Nutri-system ice cream. May be time for me to use it again. At least I was looking good for about a year there.
