I do understand. I think I will try the weight watchers. My husbands company lets them do it for free so he has no excuse. I knew I had to eat small things during the day. As a matter of fact today for the first time in a long time I had a progresso soup for lunch and it said it's only 1 point.
I will start it on Saturday.
My daughters sweet 16 is coming on November 5 so I would like to loose just something by then. I feel like a house!!
