Have you tried Weight Watchers? Thats my favorite as I do it on my own. It does help you learn to make healthier choices.
I have never had to diet in my life. I was always so skinny. I was 84lbs when I got married at 27. I just came from the dr and I weigh 142lbs. Whoa!!! I guess after 4 kids and age it all has caught up to me. I always could eat anything I wanted. My daughter did weight watchers, she was 14, at the time. She really did great. She lost nearly 20lbs. They let me stay in the room with her for the meetings as I was making her food. I needed to know how to prepare it for her. I just don't want to start that idiot points counting again. I don't know maybe I will try the core program. She did the points.

We all could afford to eat more healthy food anyway. My older daughter who is 19 and very athletic is only 106lbs. I hope she won't lose any weight though. I guess she eats all the other junk She won't lose too much. I feel it's all my fault because I am the food shopper. No more junk for my house. I guess that is the start. I tried the nutrisweet in my coffee it's terrible

I really don't want to spend that money for the nutrasystem. Especially if my husband and I were both going to do it.

I have all the weight watcher cook books. Maybe I will pick a recipe a day to make for dinner. And keep salad on hand and fresh fruits and veggies.

ugh!! I hate this
