You see I really can't figure out my problem. I realy don't eat during the day because I'm not hungry. I mean I eat absolutly nothing. I drink decaf coffee with sugar so I am cutting that down to 1tsp in my coffee. But other than that I really eat nothing. I eat dinner with my family then maybe on occasion I eat a dish of ice cream or a devil dog. I don't even think I am eating enough calories at all. My metabolism is pretty high. I am a stay at home mom and believe me I never sit...except ...oh wait!! To go on this computer

. I think if i go on ww or something then I will be forced to eat more during the day when I don't eat now.
I don't know I'm rambling. It's just so frustrating
