| Help!!! I feel fat!!! Okay so I've been thinking, I am so fat, I am 5' 1", and weight 124lbs. I think I need to loose at least 10 lbs I dont know how, I already go to the gym I go Monday thru Friday at least 2 to 3 hours. I dont diet and I am thinking maybe I should. I am mexican therefore I eat alot of mexican food, including my favorite of course, Tortilla. Tortillas are in every one of my meals, I am willing to sacriface and stop eating them. How can I loose these annoying pounds, what is making me so fat, Age?? I am going on 31!! OH no I am old. Does anyone low-carb diet or no-carb diet here? Any tips on how to loose those extra pounds???

| well.. i caluclated your body mass index.. and it is 23.4... totally in the normal range for you height.. but if you don't feel good about your body ( i know ALL about that) try cutting out carbs.. i think it is ridiculous to cut out all of them... perhaps just the key carbs... and have a piece of chocolate every once and a while to keep you sane i know for me it is not the number on the scale but how i feel about my eating and excersicing.. i have been COMPLETELY lacking lately and i know if i start back up i'll feel better |

| here's a few helpful hints... a full breakfast is key to keeping your metablolism on target all day.. they say that oatmeal is the best thing you can have in the morning! and i try and eat small meals all day... snacks you know... gronola bars... veggies and dip.. fruit.. and with supper (my mom is low carbing! so i guess that means i am too!) we have either chicken or fish a veggie and a salad... some days i NEED desert... and if i've been good mostly.. i let myself have it.. because if i don't.. i'll just go nuts one day on candy good luck.. i'm here doing it with you |

| your only to work out for 30 min if you work out more then that you gain more weight and you don't want that I lost 4 pounds already in 3 days with out dieting after I work out I drink one bottle of water and one before I work out to flush my system out I know what I'm going to say is gross but it's true I pee and poo 3 time in one day after I work it just happeneds and I don't take laxtives ok and I love mexican foods spicey I love I love peppers too |

| instead of eating just 3 meals a day, make it into about 5-8 SMALL meals a day. include items from all basic food groups if you can, STAY AWAY FROM COLAS AND DONT EAT A LOT OF STARCHY FOODS! Drink PLENTY of water, min. of 8 glasses a day. theres plenty of carbs in things like tortillas, rice, and bread. im hispanic too, and i know how it is...you eat one wrong thing, and its straight to the thighs~! :-P (well, not really but you understand what im getting at) and believe me, being hispanic, we eat all the tortillas, rice, and oily foods we can take! just cut out about half of your tortilla serving, and im sure youll notice some difference :-P if you really want to lose this weight, you will find a way! i wish you luck!
