well.. i caluclated your body mass index.. and it is 23.4... totally in the normal range for you height.. but if you don't feel good about your body ( i know ALL about that) try cutting out carbs.. i think it is ridiculous to cut out all of them... perhaps just the key carbs... and have a piece of chocolate every once and a while to keep you sane

i know for me it is not the number on the scale but how i feel about my eating and excersicing.. i have been COMPLETELY lacking lately and i know if i start back up i'll feel better
